Ma Dukes presents the second annual J Dilla Weekend in Miami, FL. If you attended the inaugural event last year, you know this one-of-a-kind festival features performances from high-profile artists and DJs, producer panels, BBQs, meet and greets, and other events celebrating the life and legacy of the late, great producer J Dilla.
Next year's celebration will take place from February 5th - February 7th, 2016 in the Wynwood section of Miami, FL. With the festivities fast approaching, the 2016 lineup is now officially set. Southern hip-hop icon Bun B, The Roots frontman Black Thought, enigmatic rap god Jay Electronica, and Diggin In The Crates pioneers Diamond D and A.G. are now confirmed for the J Dilla Weekend stage, joining the likes of DJ Premier, Slum Village, Royce 5'9", 9th Wonder, DJ Craze, Rapsody, Chuck Strangers, A-F-R-O, Kev Brown, and many more. This year also features an official Dilla Record Exchange sponsored by Discogs. Complete schedule with venue locations TBA soon.
The deluxe package includes an all-access ticket plus an exclusive New Era x Dilla Weekend snapback limited edition hat (limited to 500). This exclusive hat is only available in this ticket package, and only to the first 500 customers.
